Clearwater and Snake River National Recreation Trail

The Clearwater and Snake River National Recreation Trail, maintained by the Army Corps of Engineers, is a 7 mile trail that runs from Lewiston, Idaho, and Clarkston, Washington, to Asotin, Washington, along the Clearwater and Snake Rivers.

Bill Chipman Palouse Trail / Downtown Pullman Riverwalk

The Bill Chipman trail runs 8 miles between Pullman Washington and Moscow Idaho. On the Pullman end, it is connected to a system of trails all around Pullman, including the Downtown Pullman Riverwalk. On the Moscow end, the trail becomes the Paradise Path, which is eventually supposed to connect to the Latah Trail.

I-90 Trail

The I-90 Trail of the Seattle, Washington metro area parallels the Interstate 90 highway from Seattle to Bellevue. Parts of it are right next to the freeway, and parts wind through parks, but it is mostly useful for commuters trying to reach downtown Seattle from the east side of Lake Washington (and vice versa).

Elliott Bay Trail / Interbay Trail

The Elliott Bay Trail in Seattle, Washington goes north along the Elliott Bay waterfront from downtown Seattle, through Myrtle Edwards Park, to the Magnolia/Interbay Area. There it connects with the Interbay Trail, which goes through a very interesting railroad switchyard.
