The Pennsylvania side is in the Delaware Canal State park; their web site has a good map of the trails and updates on trail conditions. The New Jersey side is in the Delaware and Raritan Canal State Park; their web site has information, a video tour, and a photo gallery. The map here shows the Pennsylvania side of the trail.
